What You’ll Do
To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our B2B Team. You will report to the Client Success Lead and will own the success, retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving strong account governance and long-term partnerships.
Designing and executing adoption and engagement strategies to increase program awareness, usage and value.
Tracking performance and success metrics (activation, usage, retention, satisfaction) and turning insights into scalable, data-driven actions.
Identifying and developing renewal and upsell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Ensuring operational alignment and proactive issue resolution to deliver a consistently high-quality experience and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.
✅ Must-have skills
4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles (B2B experience preferred; HR Tech or Welfare is a strong plus).
Proven ability to operate within structured Client Success frameworks, including QBRs, account health scoring and scalable playbooks.
Strong analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting dashboards, trends, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
Genuine passion for mental health and well-being, and a strong motivation to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Fluent in Italian and English.
