To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a junior P&C specialist to join our People team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. 💻THE ROLE

As a Jr. People & Culture Specialist, you'll be a key support across our P&C department, collaborating with different teams to help us scale thoughtfully and efficiently. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a fast-growing, people-first company operates, while gaining hands-on experience in the world of HR, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People Analytics.

Please note this role will require travel to Milan on a weekly basis.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist in the optimization of our ATS, helping to streamline our recruitment processes
• Support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, from sourcing candidates to promoting our EVP
• Collaborate on data analysis and dashboard reporting, giving us insights that drive better decisions
• Help with HR administration and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring smooth and organized operations across the team
• Work horizontally across the department, supporting various stakeholders and gaining a broad understanding of P&C functions

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• A background in (or are currently studying) Psychology or a related field is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• A curious and proactive mindset, and you love learning by doing
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and data – experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
• Fluency in English (Italian is a bonus, not a must)
• A team player attitude, with humility, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
