To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. 💻THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Operations Manager to build and scale our therapist-facing community platform from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Operational Intelligence, you’ll initially lead a small team (1–3 people) and work cross-functionally to design, launch, and grow a digital platform that supports and connects our 8,000+ therapists across Spain and France first, then scaling into Italy, our largest market.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, community building, and digital product development. You’ll own everything from vision to execution — ensuring our therapist community has a seamless, engaging, and value-rich experience.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in operations and strategic community management, ideally with experience building digital products in a startup or scale-up environment. This is an internationally focused role, kicking off in Spain and France, then scaling into our largest market, Italy.
You will be responsible for:
Community Platform Design and Launch
- Own the end-to-end development and launch of a white-label digital platform for therapists, working closely with Product, Tech, and Clinical teams.
- Design platform features including discussion forums, educational content hosting, support ticketing, webinar integration, and feedback channels.
- Develop and iterate the platform starting from Spain and France, using those learnings to optimize for Italy.
Team Leadership
- Manage and grow a small but agile operational team (1–3 people) responsible for execution and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and experimentation.
Community Strategy & Engagement
- Build and execute a strategy to drive meaningful engagement on the platform, turning passive users into active contributors.
- Work with internal teams to ensure regular, high-quality content (webinars, training, product updates) is available and relevant.
Operational Excellence
- Define and track KPIs to measure engagement, platform usage, and support resolution efficiency.
- Optimize processes across support, content delivery, and communication, reducing noise and improving community experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the platform evolves with therapist needs, incorporating structured feedback loops.
- Partner with Legal, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to ensure compliance and alignment in therapist-facing operations.
Localization & Internationalization
- Ensure the platform and community experience are localized appropriately for Spain, France, and Italy, aligning with cultural and operational needs in each country.
- Be the operational point of reference for international community-building efforts.
⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in operations, acquisition, or recruitment management, ideally within a digital health or fast-growth company.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
- Ability to manage and optimize funnels, with a focus on high-quality talent acquisition.
- Experience with budget management and cost optimization, especially for paid acquisition campaigns.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Clinical and Legal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
