To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an Jr. Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development team.

💻 AS A SDR YOU WILL:

• Manage inbound and outbound requests and qualify new potential pipeline, having direct impact on increasing the performance of Unobravo's sales team
  
• Work along the head of Business Development dept. and have a direct measurable impact on inbound volumes
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition
• Be a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Max 1 year of working experience, preferably in similar roles.
• Good time management and organizational skills but especially an innate proactive and resilient attitude towards facing challenges
• Ability to work both independently and in a strong team environment
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to handle objections always in a constructive manner
• Out of comfort zone attitude
• Passion for Wellbeing and Corporate Wellbeing
• Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus)
