To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Strategy Operations Associate.

The Strategy Operations Associate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across various areas of the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy Operations within the Operations Department, this role will focus on process optimization, restructuring, and automation, ensuring processes are not only designed but actively embraced by stakeholders. Additionally, this position will serve as a strategic point of contact for the headquarters in Italy regarding the Spanish and French markets, adapting processes to meet the specific needs and dynamics of these countries.

💻 AS A STRATEGY OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE YOU WILL:

• Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, automating processes, and ensuring the continuous improvement of workflows across departments.
• Discovery of Business Opportunities: Be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and areas for improvement across all operations teams. Leveraging your experience and business acumen, you will proactively propose innovative ideas, solutions, and potential implementations aimed at driving operational efficiency.
• Process Ownership & Empowerment: Take ownership of key business processes and empower stakeholders by ensuring these processes are well understood, adopted, and lived by the team.
• International Market Adaptation: Work closely with General Managers in Spain and France, as well as Heads of Central Functions, to tailor and adapt processes to the unique requirements of the Spanish and French markets, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• OKR Strategy & Support: Collaborate with the Operations team to define and draft OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) on a quarterly basis, ensuring that goals are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with company priorities.
• Strategic Project Support: Provide strategic support for specific initiatives related to community success. Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing engagement within our community of over 7,000 therapists, ensuring that Unobravo continues to offer greater value to its professionals.

⚙️QUALIFICATIONS: 

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or in a fast-paced digital scaleup environment (healthtech/digital health experience is a plus). Combination of both experiences represented a plus.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.

Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong knowledge of OKR frameworks and experience in defining, tracking, and managing OKRs.
