The Finance team plays a pivotal role in supporting the business by providing financial analysis, planning, and operational support across different functions. We help shape the company’s financial strategy, optimize performance, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

As a Financial Analyst Inter, you will work closely with the Finance team, directly supporting the Finance Business Partner team in a wide range of topics. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, and business strategy, while developing a deep understanding of how finance drives company performance.

💻 AS A  FINANCIAL ANALYST INTERN YOU WILL: 

• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on financial and business metrics, extracting actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial plans.
• Reporting: Help prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for the entire company to aid decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to drive financial initiatives and optimize processes.
• Strategic Input: Contribute analytical insights and fresh perspectives during strategic discussions and problem-solving sessions.

⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Fluency in English and Italian
• Have recently graduated in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data to solve problems
• Are proactive and hands-on, ready to take ownership of tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Have a good command of Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Experience in SQL is a plus
• Residency / Relocated in Milan or surrounding
