As Senior B2B Sales & Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Unobravo’s expansion in Spain, leading our corporate sales efforts, and building long-term strategic partnerships with our B2B clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to execute a high-impact commercial strategy that ensures profitable growth.
💻 AS A SENIOR B2B SALES & CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Spain.
- Lead the sales process for medium-large corporate prospects, ensuring a high-quality and compelling sales proposition.
- Own a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary representative and driving strategic initiatives for retention and growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with the Sales Development team to implement the most effective commercial strategies.
- Work closely with central & cross-functional teams (clinical, legal, marketing, product) to align on business goals and execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including GDPR and company policies.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, analyzing key sales metrics to deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights at the national level.
- Be a cultural ambassador, driving the local rollout of Unobravo’s new B2B value proposition in alignment with our Leadership Team.
⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 8+ years of experience in senior sales and strategic partnerships, preferably in the Tech industry related to HR services - previous experiences as local business manager and/or local country manager will be considered as a plus.
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate complex deals, and align multiple business unit needs.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management experience, with a focus on Enterprise B2B clients.
- Deep understanding of key sales metrics, using data to guide decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Strong executive presence, capable of influencing senior leaders both internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for wellbeing & corporate wellbeing is a strong plus.
- Languages - mother tongue Spanish, fluent in English, Italian is a plus.
