To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an SEO Organic Growth Manager, you will work alongside the Senior SEO Manager to execute international SEO strategies and explore untapped organic growth opportunities beyond traditional SEO. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Unobravo’s presence on emerging platforms, alternative search engines, and new digital ecosystems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll experiment with creative growth tactics, analyze performance, and own the execution of strategies that drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.

💻 AS A SEO ORGANIC GROWTH MANAGER YOU WILL:

• Support International SEO Execution (in collaboration with Senior SEO Manager), e.g
  • implement localized SEO strategies for international markets
  • optimize international KW coverage and content strategy
  • focus on deeply understanding market-specific nuances and improvements opportunities
• Identify & Prioritize New Organic Growth Channels (Beyond Core SEO - SERP)
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new organic growth channels (e.g., App stores, social media, communities, partnerships, or niche platforms).
  • Identify channel - audience fit and develop solutions / products that specifically address the market and answer their questions in that specific search space
  • Create a roadmap to establish and scale our presence on these channels.
• Develop tailored, organic campaigns and content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with content, design, and social media teams to create high-impact assets.
  • Design and execute experiments to test new tactics and approaches on emerging platforms. Continuously optimize efforts based on data-driven insights and learnings.
  • Explore and optimize opportunities in generative AI / LLM to automate workflows that magnify impact and scale.
  • Work closely with SEO, paid media, analytics, and brand teams to align organic efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Coordinate with platform owners or community leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success on each new channel. Regularly analyze performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and min 2 years as Growth manager
• Demonstrate ability to scale channels from 0 - 1 problem solver
• Direct expertise and proven impact in any channel beyond standard SEO (app stores, social media, communities, etc)
• Expertise in organic growth principles / growth loops
• A creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills
• Strong skew for action, go getter
• Exceptional communication and project management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Experience building a brand’s presence on both traditional and cutting-edge platforms like TikTok, Discord, and Substack
• Current use of gen AI technologies to make your everyday work life faster and sharper
