We are looking for a PR Manager to help tell Unobravo’s story in Italy. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies to raise awareness, engage key stakeholders, and position Unobravo as a leader in digital mental well-being.

Our communications team plays a key role in sharing Unobravo’s mission, challenging mental health stigma, and highlighting the benefits of therapy. We work across channels with journalists, influencers, and internal teams to maintain a consistent and impactful voice.

As the PR Manager, you will design and implement communication strategies in Italy, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to increase brand awareness and promote Unobravo’s services. You will engage with the media, build relationships with influencers, and shape how the Italian public views digital mental healthcare.

This hands-on role, reporting to the Head of Communications, is ideal for someone with solid experience in communications and media relations, a deep understanding of the Italian market, and a passion for transforming the future of mental health support in Italy.

💻 AS A PR MANAGER YOU WILL:

• Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of media outreach, influencer partnerships, and content initiatives tailored to Italian audiences.
• Proactive Media Engagement: Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure impactful coverage in the Italian press.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to align messaging with key business priorities.
• Localization: Tailor content for cultural relevance and resonance with Italian audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and community teams to align communications strategies with business goals.
• Tracking and Measuring Results: Own the tracking and measurement of communications initiatives, using insights to refine future campaigns.
• Agency Management: Manage relationships with external PR partners, ensuring alignment with Unobravo’s communication strategies and campaign execution.

⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience: 7+ years in communications, with significant experience in Italy. Proven success in media relations, executing strategies, and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Media Understanding: In-depth understanding of the evolving media and influencer landscape and how audiences consume information to generate impactful coverage.
• Storytelling: Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and action.
• Campaign Management: Experience managing end-to-end communications campaigns.
• Creativity & Innovation: Strong ability to generate fresh, creative ideas that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
• Crisis Communications: Proven experience in managing issues, crafting transparent messaging, and maintaining trust during sensitive situations.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Mental Health: A commitment to advocating for mental health and creating meaningful impact.
