To elevate our brand to the next level in Italy, we are currently looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join the Growth team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading our solutions to create a profound local impact. We are looking for an independent action-skewed professional who can maximise growth on the Italian market, push boundaries across the wider Growth team, accelerating our brand visibility and conversions in the market.
In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end process for new customer and therapist Growth, with a strong emphasis on connecting branding to direct response activities, optimising the deployment of our overall marketing channels best on best results, supporting with identification of new growth opportunities and ensuring a successful and sustainable impact in the market. Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful initiatives and establish Unobravo as a leader in mental health care across Italy.
💻 AS A SENIOR GROWTH MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Growth Management: lead the planning and monitoring of the Italian market growth strategy, ensuring seamless coordination across all functional areas (branding, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, etc.) in order to meet New Customers targets within the LTV/CAC constraints as well as New Therapists targets.
- Budget, Target Setting and Spend management: work closely with the CMO and marketing channel owners to define budgets, targets, and resource allocation strategies aligned with market objectives and growth projections. Ensure regular and effective revision of cross channel budget deployment / shifts in order to maximize growth and exceed performance targets based on a deep understand of our measurement models and supported by conversion lift studies.
- Performance Monitoring: lead weekly, monthly and other ad-hoc performance analysis to ensure clear progress vs targets for core KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive growth. Lead ad-hoc top level / multichannel analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: ensure teams and stakeholders operate in full alignment, removing roadblockers and maximising impact in the shortest possible time. Speed is of the essence.
- Campaign launches: Drive / support the implementation of brand strategies / campaigns and operational initiatives to accelerate market penetration, including localized marketing campaigns, new channels evaluation and local partnership opportunities. Work with the local teams to deploy growth initiatives that resonate deeply with the Italian audience (both therapists and patients).
- Attribution and Reporting: working with the central data team, ensure accurate tracking and attribution methodologies are in place to measure the impact of marketing initiatives within the country and provide actionable insights for optimization.
⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Self-Starter and Independent: Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to communicate with senior leaders ensuring clear and sharp communication.
- Deep Knowledge of Italian Market: Strong familiarity with Italian audience and media landscape, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
- Marketing Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a clear track record of successfully launching and implementing a combination of marketing strategies that unify branding, performance marketing, new channel discovery and scaling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and measurement techniques for overall performance measurement.
- Creative Thinker with deep focus on Impact: Ability to propose and execute innovative, locally relevant initiatives while maintaining alignment with broader brand strategies, yet able to propose impactful initiatives.
- Commercial Acumen: Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
