We are seeking an Editor / Content Manager (SEO) to join the Organic Search team and who will lead strategic, data-driven, and user-centric Italian content initiatives to fuel our growth across the entire funnel for both patients and therapists. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, SEO optimization, and innovative technology adoption, ensuring our content is empathetic, high-quality, and tailored to user intent at every stage—from awareness to conversion.

💻 AS EDITOR / CONTENT MANAGER YOU WILL:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging, SEO-optimized content, including articles, guides, reviews, and interviews on psychology and mental health topics across al stages of the funnel. 
• Perform comprehensive keyword and user intent research to optimize content for searchability, relevance, and conversion.
• Optimize existing content and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility, and engagement.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline the content ideation, drafting, and editing process while maintaining a distinctive brand voice.
• Set and track core KPIs, make data-informed optimizations to meet required growth targets 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, mental health professionals, and internal teams to produce empathetic and evidence-based content that meets quality and clinical standards.

⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in digital content marketing or management, with a strong focus on SEO strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Direct experience with scaling content via AI capabilities / automated workflows
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external experts.
• A passion for psychology and mental health, and a commitment to creating meaningful, accessible content for a wide audience.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
