To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join the Unobavo Spain team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market.
💻 AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Improve Processes and Efficiency: Optimize and scale operations within the country, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence.
- Day-to-day Management: Act as the operational backbone of the Market and General Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day management and execution.
- Align with Central Operations: Execute and cascade central function guidelines locally, while contributing to their development by working directly with the General Manager and Central Operations teams.
- Dive Deep into Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market performance, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Community Management: Oversee the onboarding, engagement, and overall performance of the psychologist community on our platform, ensuring quality standards and efficient processes.
- Customer Support: Supervise the customer service operations for both psychologists and their patients, ensuring a seamless experience and prompt issue resolution.
- Strengthen Product-Market Fit: Partner with the General Manager to evaluate and enhance our product’s fit within the market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:
- Experience: You have 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or management within a high-growth environment. Prior experience in the healthcare industry or managing professional communities is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, mentor individuals, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Analytical Thinking: You are highly analytical, with strong skills in using data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive decision-making (proficiency in tools like Excel or SQL is a plus).
- Executional Excellence: You thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while juggling multiple priorities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: You have experience managing customer or partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Expertise: Knowledge of process optimization and performance management, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Central Operations and other stakeholders.
- Mission-Driven: Passionate about mental health and committed to improving the experience for psychologists and their patients.
